Love the face of this little figure bought in a market in Beijing – sat there amongst the copy Mao paraphanalia – seems very pleased with life!
Down at West Wittering beach on the day before Christmas Eve, icy winds yet the beach huts a reminder of the warmth of sunny days, sand castles, sandy sandwiches and swims. Windsurfers snug in their wet suits returning pink cheeked to their cars with thermos flasks of tea or maybe something stronger.
Not my favourite colour at all…. Was wondering what I might submit and passed this shop window. Perfect. Yellow lipstick. Hoping that’s not amongst my Christmas presents

The morning light filtered through blinds now gone…. But not forgotten. Love the ever changing light through a day.

Very topically we remember those who died in the 1914-18 war right now and a stunning reminder 888246 ceramic poppies cascading (descending) at the Tower of London- each representing a life lost.
